About: Africa CDC Youth Digital Health Champions Programme 2025
The Africa CDC Youth Digital Health Champions Programme 2025 provides a unique platform for young African leaders. Those who are dedicated to improving healthcare through technology. This one-year curriculum is open to persons aged 18 to 35. This initiative seeks to encourage and recognise young innovators, researchers, and activists currently engaged in digital health. Selected champions will get mentoring and training. Opportunities to participate in high-level policy conversations, shaping the future of health systems throughout the continent.
Who can apply?

- You’re between 18 and 35 years old.
- You are an African Union citizen or resident, or an African who lives abroad.
- You speak at least one of the following languages: English, French, Arabic, or Portuguese.
- You are actively involved in digital health by starting health technologies or inventions, conducting research or academic work in digital health, and running health programs utilizing digital tools.
